We bake and pack fresh every week. Orders usually arrive within 3–5 days, depending on your location. Our team will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery date and time once your order is ready to ship.
Then you're missing out on more than just these cookies. But fine, use a toaster oven or regular oven. 180°C for 10-12 minutes (depending on your oven). Or get an air fryer. It's going to change your life.
We recommend having someone available to receive the delivery. Our packaging keeps the cookies frozen for a few hours, but for the best quality, pop them into the freezer as soon as they arrive.
Each order is packed in an insulated thermal bag with an ice pack to keep your cookie pucks perfectly frozen during transit. They’ll arrive cold, fresh, and ready for your freezer.
If your cookies arrive slightly soft, don’t worry, they’re still perfectly safe. Just pop them into your freezer for a few hours before baking.
